Elite Functional Training (EFT30) is an innovative, challenging and effective small group training workout performed over a fast paced 30 minute period.
EFT30 incorporates high intensity interval training that places high demands on both Endurance & Strength capabilities.
This style of Crash Training as it is sometimes called produces super-fast results due to ever-changing physical demands placed on athletes. When the body is challenged to cope with a variety of metabolic demands, the ‘fitness stress’ is exacerbated triggering faster adaptation to respiratory and muscular systems.
The short, but demanding drills utilized in EFT30 increases aerobic capacity, strength endurance and boosts metabolic rate post exercise! EFT30 is an evolving program, whereby workouts are deliberately changed so training adaptation is difficult! It is this practice that places rigorous demands on the body’s physiology, resulting in quicker physical upgrades!
EFT30 is designed for all fitness levels. It is tough and at times stressful on both physical coordination and durability and requires a resolve to ‘hang-in-there!
